Wizards Beyond Waverly Place Sets Premiere Date, While Raven-Symoné and Danielle Fishel Direct Episodes

tv

Hold on tight Wizards of Waverly Place fans, we’ve got some big updates on the upcoming sequel series.

From executive producers Selena Gomez and David Henrie comes Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, which follows an adult Justin Russo who has chosen to lead a normal, non-magical life with his family. But when his sister Alex brings young wizard-in-training Billie (Janice LeAnn Brown) to his home, he dusts off his magical skills to mentor her and save the future of the Wizard World.

Now we’ve learned that Disney alums Raven-Symoné and Danielle Fishel are set to direct episodes during the season. I can’t wait to see what the Raven’s Home and Girl Meets World stars bring to the magical series.

Wizards Beyond Waverly Place is set to premiere two episodes on October 29 on Disney Channel, with the first eight episodes hitting Disney+ the next day. There will even be a spooktacular Halloween-themed episode!

Wizards are back and we are so ready!
