Agatha: Coven of Chaos
It was Agatha all along — and now she’s getting her own series Agatha: Coven of Chaos debuting late Winter of 2023 on Disney+.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania
A new poster for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania featuring Kang the Conqueror, Ant-Man, the Wasp, and Cassie Lang as Stinger has arrived!
Super Hero partners Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and The Wasp. Together, with Hope’s parents Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought was possible.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania kicks off Marvel’s Phase 5 opening February 17, 2023.
Black Adam
"You can be the destroyer of this world, or you can be its savior."
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made quite the entrance on a lightning filled stage in his full Black Adam costume at DC’s Comic Con panel to debut the Black Adam trailer for fans. Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods — and imprisoned just as quickly — Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world. Johnson stars alongside Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell, Mo Amer, Bodhi Sabongui, and Pierce Brosnan.
Black Adam premieres only in theaters October 21.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira), and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba), fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.
The trailer features a beautiful tribute to the late Chadwick Boseman, as well as an emotional mashup of “No Woman, No Cry” and Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright.”
Introducing Tenoch Huerta as Namor, king of a hidden undersea nation, the film also stars Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena, and Alex Livanalli.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever opens in theaters on November 11, 2022.
Blade
Mahershala Ali is Blade in the moving coming to theaters November 3, 2023.
Captain America: New World Order
Anthony Mackie leads his first feature film as Captain America following the events of Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
Captain America: New World Order will be released May 3, 2024.
Chucky
Wanna play pray? We’ve got the new trailer for Chucky season 2!
After his diabolical plan to invade America’s children’s hospitals was foiled in season one, Chucky now seeks revenge on those he holds responsible: surviving teens Jake (Zackary Arthur), Devon (Björgvin Arnarson) and Lexy (Alyvia Alyn Lind), along with his ex Tiffany, now his sworn enemy. Meanwhile, can “Jevon” make it as a couple in the face of adversity at their new Catholic school, not to mention a brand-new onslaught of terror from the demon doll?
Devon Sawa returns (again) as a new character who is a priest, plus we get our first look at Chucky and Tiffany’s genderfluid child Glen/Glenda, played by nonbinary actor Lachlan Watson.
Chucky has risen for season 2 premiering October 5 on SYFY and USA Network.
Daredevil: Born Again
Fresh off of his first MCU appearance as Daredevil with a cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Charlie Cox is back as the man without fear. Both he and Vincent D’Onofrio will reprise their roles as Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk in the 18-episodes series Daredevil: Born Again.
Cox will also appear in Spider-Man: Freshman Year, She-Hulk: Attorney-At-Law, and Echo, alongside D’Onofrio. With their returns, could we see any of the other Marvel superheroes from Netflix shows come back to reprise their roles?
Daredevil: Born Again arrives in the Spring of 2024 on Disney+.
Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves
Who needs heroes when you have thieves?
A charming thief and a band of unlikely adventurers undertake an epic heist to retrieve a lost relic in the first trailer for Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. Stuck in development the past decade, the trailer is high energy and suprisingly goes for more hilarious buddy heist vibes versus serious fantasy.
Chris Pine, Regé-Jean Page, Sophia Lillis, and Michelle Rodriguez lead the film, dropping in March of 2023.
Echo
Following the events of Hawkeye, Maya Lopez’s past catches up with her in her hometown. Echo is slated to be released in the Summer of 2023 on Disney+.
Fantastic Four
Marvel’s most iconic family is back as Fantastic Four hits theaters on November 8, 2024.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3
In Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, our beloved band of misfits are looking a bit different these days. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him to defend the universe along with protecting one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.
Guardians of the Galaxy heads to theaters on May 5, 2023.
I Am Groot
The hero of few words returns returns for his own adventure in I Am Groot, a collection of five Original shorts, streaming August 10 on Disney+.
Ironheart
First Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, then her own solo series — meet Riri Williams! Ironheart arrives in the Fall of 2023 on Disney+.
Krapopolis
Dan Harmon, the creative behind Rick & Morty and Community, returns with a brand new animated series for Fox called Krapopolis. The series centers around Tyrannis (Richard Ayoade), the mortal son of a goddess and the King of Krapopolis, one of the world’s first cities in ancient Greece.
Krapopolis hits Fox in 2023.
Loki
Loki variants, assemble! Season 2 debuts in the Summer of 2023 on Disney+.
Marvel’s What If…?
Marvel’s animated series What If…? is set to return for a second season in early 2023 on Disney+. A third season has been confirmed as well.
The spin-off series Marvel Zombies, based on an episode of What If….? season 1, is also on its way. It reimagines the Marvel Universe as a new generation of heroes battle against an ever-spreading zombie scourge.
National Treasure: Edge of History
National Treasure returns to tell a new story in National Treasure: Edge of History, but instead of a third film starring Nicolas Cage, the franchise is heading to the small screen.
The teaser trailer introduces us to a new treasure hunter for a younger generation with Lisette Olivera as Jess Morales, a 20-something Latina DREAMer with a passion for puzzles and riddles whose own family history will be the focus of one of the mysteries in the series. Patriotism, identity, and community will also be strong themes in Edge of History.
Olivera stars alongside Jordan Rodrigues, Zuri Reed, Antonio Cipriano, and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Reginald The Vampire
Imagine a world populated by beautiful, fit, and vain vampires. In Reginald The Vampire, Jacob Batalon’s Reginald Andres tumbles headlong into it as an unlikely hero who will have to navigate every kind of obstacle – the girl he loves but can’t be with, a bully manager at work, and the vampire chieftain who wants him dead. Fortunately, Reginald discovers he has a few unrecognized powers of his own.
Reginald the Vampire premieres October 5 on SYFY.
Secret Invasion
Marvel’s thrilling new series Secret Invasion finds Colbie Smolders, reprising her role as Maria Hill, alongside Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury and Ben Mendelsohn’s Skrull Talos. The crossover event series showcases a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls who have been infiltrating Earth for years.
Kingsley Ben-Adir, Emilia Clarke, Olivia Colman, and Regé-Jean Page round out the cast.
Secret Invasion launches on Disney+ in the Spring of 2023.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods
Shazam! Fury of the Gods follows the next adventure of Billy Batson and his superpowered family as they attempt to balance normal life and superheroics. But when two goddesses visit Earth and stir up trouble, the Shazam squad must overcome their imposter syndrome and come together to save their family and the world.
The trailer even features a little cameo from the doll Annabelle, courtesy of director David F. Sandberg. Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, Jack Dylan Grazer, Adam Brody, Ross Butler, and Meagan Good reprise their roles, while Rachel Zegler, Lucy Liu, and Helen Mirren join the cast.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods premieres December 21, 2022.
She-Hulk: Attorney-At-Law
In a new trailer for She Hulk: Attorney-At-Law, Tatiana Maslany plays Jennifer Walters, an attorney who must navigate the complicated life of being a single, 30-something hulk while also specializing in superhuman legal cases.
The series hits Disney+ on August 17, 2022.
Spider-Man: Freshman Year
The animated prequel series Spider-Man: Freshman Year will follow the infamous Peter Parker in, you guessed it, his freshman year of high school. The show is confirmed to launched on Disney+ in 2024 with a range of villains including Dr Octavius, Chameleon, Speed Demon, Scorpion, and Butane the Pyromaniac appearing in the series.
The show has already been picked up for a second season that will be titled Sophomore Year, focusing on Peter’s sophomore year in high school.
Tales of the Walking Dead
A trailer for the third spinoff of the zombie series Tales of the Walking Dead has arrived, with a new anthology format tackling various tones and stories in the universe. The cast includes Olivia Munn, Samantha Morton, Terry Crews, Parker Posey, Anthony Edwards, Poppy Liu, Jillian Bell, Loan Chabanol, Embeth Davidtz, Jessie T. Usher, Daniella Pineda, and Danny Ramirez. The zombie anthology hits AMC on August 14.
Meanwhile, a new trailer has arrived for the final episodes of main series The Walking Dead, airing October 2. The Walking Dead is also moving forward with another spin-off series coming in 2023 centered around Andrew Lincoln’s Rick Grimes and Danai Gurira’s Michonne.
Teen Wolf: The Movie
The teaser trailer for Teen Wolf: The Movie brings Tyler Posey’s Scott McCall back to Beacon Hills for the first time in years to face a new threat that will force him to put aside the past to unite the supernatural beings of the town to face it.
With new allies and trusted friends like Derek Hale (Tyler Hoechlin), Lydia Martin (Holland Roden), Jackson Whittemore (Colton Haynes), Malia Tate (Shelley Hennig), and the return of a long lost love, Scott and his pack just might stand a chance. That’s right, fan favorite Allison Argent (Crystal Reed) returns from the dead with her trusty bow and arrow, as seen in the trailer. The film is expected to hit Paramount+ in 2022.
Meanwhile, it has also been announced that Sarah Michelle Gellar will star in the spin-off series Wolf Pack, based on the book series by Edo Van Belkom.
The Multiverse Saga
Marvel’s upcoming Phases 4, 5, and 6 are officially part of the Multiverse Saga, which will conclude with two all-new Avengers films: Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, out May 2, 2025, and Avengers: Secret Wars, out November 7, 2025.
The Sandman
Dream dangerously.

Enter the world of The Sandman on August 5, only on Netflix.
Thunderbolts
The upcoming Thunderbolts film, featuring an exciting new group of heroes, will wrap up Phase 5 when it is released on July 26, 2024.
X-Men ‘97
X-Men ’97 is an animated series from Marvel Studios that explores new stories in the iconic ’90s timeline of the original series. The show, which has already been picked up for a second season, will begin streaming exclusively on Disney+ in the Fall of 2023.
