Prime Video Releases New Photos and Premiere Date For Mr and Mrs Smith Series

Prime Video has revealed new images and a premiere date for its upcoming Mr. & Mrs. Smith series. Starring Donald Glover and Maya Erskine, this is reimagining of the 2005 film with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, but with a totally different storyline.

In this version of Mr. & Mrs. Smith, two lonely strangers land jobs working for a spy agency that offers them an exciting life of espionage. I mean, who doesn’t want wealth, world travels, and a dream brownstone in Manhattan? If it sounds too good to be true, that’s because it is. The catch is they get new identities that force these two agents into an arranged marriage as Mr. and Mrs. John and Jane Smith. Now John and Jane must navigate a high-risk mission every week. But what happens when their cover story becomes reality as they catch real feelings for each other?
