Max Announces Debut Date for Velma Season 2

Jinkies! Max has released the debut date for season two of their original adult animated series Velma.

This season, we can expect an even spookier mystery to grip Crystal Cove. Velma, voiced by Mindy Kaling, is faced with a new mystery — trying to balance her detective work all while she handles her newfound fame and popularity off the tails of season 1’s mystery — solving the slew of serial killings of fellow female high schoolers. Meanwhile, Velma’s faithful friends, the vivacious Daphne (Constance Wu), lovable Norville (Sam Richardson), and ever so handsome Fred (Glenn Howerton) are seemingly powerless to help her, thanks to their own personal battles and worse… detention.

Season two will have twice the meddling. So, be sure to catch what the gang is up to in the the ten-episode second season of Velma debuting April 25.
