Get Ready For All New Holiday Shows and Movies On The Newly Announced Hallmark+!
Hallmark has been bringing warmth and love to people’s screen for years and they’re not stopping anytime soon. Now the 2024 TCA Summer Press Tour has kicked off with some of Hallmark’s biggest announcements yet. They’re expanding their programming with their new streaming service Hallmark+. This membership will offer new original films, TV series, and a ton of more surprises! Here’s a look at upcoming originals that will available on the platform when it launches in mid-September.
Holidazed
Hallmark makes the jump into its first holiday limited series with Holidazed. It tells the story of six different families, each from different cultures, as they navigate the holiday season in their beloved town.
The series boasts an all-star cast including Dennis Haysbert, Erin Cahill, Holland Roden, Loretta Devine, Noemi Gonzalez, Rachelle Lefevre, Ser’Darius Blain, and Virginia Madsen.
Mistletoe Murders
Mistletoe Murders is another new limited series that is a part of Hallmark Mystery. The show is set to star Sarah Drew as an investigator who digs into the local murders of her small town. But she too holds secrets from her past…
The Groomsmen
Inspired by the success of The Wedding Veil trilogy comes The Groomsmen. This new trilogy stars Tyler Hynes, Jonathan Bennett, and B.J. Britt as best friends who navigate relationships, love, and friendship during each other’s weddings.
Finding Mr. Christmas
Hallmark’s first ever reality competition series Finding Mr. Christmas challenges 10 aspiring actors to compete for a role leading a holiday movie. The show will also be hosted by Jonathan Bennett.
The Chicken Sisters
The Chicken Sisters, based on the bestselling novel by K.J. Dell Antonia, announced more members of the cast. Margo Martindale will narrate the show, while James Kot, Rukiya Bernard, Ektor Rivera, and Jake Foy join the previously announced Schuyler Fisk, Genevieve Angelson, Lea Thompson, and Wendie Malick.
Holiday Touchdown: A Chief’s Love Story
Holiday Touchdown: A Chief’s Love Story will star Hunter King and Tyler Hynes as a Kansas City Chief superfan competing in the “Fan of the Year” contest and the Director of Fan Engagement tasked with picking a winner.
Diedrich Bader, Megyn Price, Richard Riehle, and Christine Ebersole have been added to the roster, along with Kansas City Chiefs Head Coach Andy Reid, Chiefs Guard Trey Smith, Wide Receiver Mecole Hardman Jr., Running Back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Defensive End George Karlaftis, and Chiefs fan and red carpet correspondent Taylen Biggs. It was also announced that joining them would be beloved football mom Donna Kelce!
Celebrations With Lacey Chabert
Celebrations With Lacey Chabert stars Lacey Chabert as she gives back to real-life heroes of their communities just in time for the holidays. Planning one-of-a-kind events, she will be joined by some of her former cast members as they spread joy and honor the deserving families.
Ready, Set, Glow!
Ready, Set, Glow! is an all new light-up experience that will show Christmas light celebrations from all around the world. Hosted by Wes Brown, viewers will get a glimpse into homes of families as they share their inspiring backstories and spread holiday cheer.
Small Town Setup
Small Town Setup, hosted by Ashley Williams, will take place in small towns all across America. In each episode, parents of single adults will work with their communities to find them matches and, hopefully, happily ever afters.
