Here’s The Full List Of Hallmark Channel’s 2023 Countdown To Christmas Movie Lineup!

Move over Halloween, it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

That’s right, Hallmark Channel is back with 40 original movies airing during the Countdown to Christmas and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ Miracles of Christmas events starting on October 20. The lineup includes fan favorite sequels, beloved stars, wonderful movie locations, reunions with iconic talent, and joyful rom-coms. New movies will air every Friday through Sunday at 8 pm on Hallmark Channel and every Thursday (and Wednesday during Thanksgiving Week) at the same time on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. Here’s the full lineup of Christmas movies to get you in the holiday spirit.

Checkin’ It Twice

Starring Kim Matula and Kevin McGarry, Checkin’ It Twice follows a journeyman hockey player (McGarry) who falls for a real estate agent (Matula) in a career crisis when he’s traded to her hometown and moves into the cottage in her hockey loving family’s backyard.

Checkin’ It Twice kicks off Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas on October 20.


Where Are You, Christmas?

Where Are You, Christmas? starring Lyndsy Fonseca, Michael Rady, Jim O’Heir, and Julie Warner, shows what happens when Addy (Fonseca) wishes for a year without Christmas. As she wakes up in a world of black and white, she must work together with the town mechanic (Rady) to restore Christmas.

The film premieres October 21 on Hallmark Channel.


Under The Christmas Sky

In Under the Christmas Sky, an astrophysicist is scheduled for her first trip into space next year until an accident grounds her. As her dreams of being an astronaut dwindle, she is paired up with by-the-book David to work on an exhibit opening right before Christmas. Will the stars align to bring these two together at the holidays? Jessica Parker Kennedy and Ryan Paevey star.

Under the Christmas Sky hits Hallmark Channel on October 22.


Ms. Christmas Comes to Town (October 26)

A shopping channel host known as Ms. Christmas receives a terminal diagnosis, which inspires a multi-city excursion set to spread Christmas cheer before her farewell broadcast, in Ms. Christmas Comes to Town. Erica Durance, Brennan Elliott, and Barbara Niven star.

Ms. Christmas Comes to Town debuts October 26 on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.


Christmas By Design

Christmas by Design, starring Rebecca Dalton and Jonathan Keltz, showcases a fashion designer (Dalton) competing in a Christmas challenge to create a new holiday-themed collection. She finds not only inspiration, but an opportunity to redesign her approach on what’s most important in life.

The film hits Hallmark Channel on October 27.


Mystic Christmas

Juniper travels to Mystic, Connecticut during the holidays to work at the rehabilitation center and aquarium in Mystic Christmas. While there, she reconnects with Sawyer, the owner of a pizza shop. Jessy Schram, Chandler Massey, Patti Murin, and William R. Moses round out the cast.

Joyeux Noel

Jaicy Elliot and Brant Daugherty lead Joyeux Noel, a mystery Christmas movie following the story of copy editor Lea (Elliot) and pragmatic reporter Mark (Daugherty) who go to France to uncover the mystery behind a romantic painter.

Joyeux Noel debuts on Hallmark Channel on October 29.


My Christmas Guide

My Christmas Guide follows the life of a college professor after losing his eyesight. He adopts a seeing eye dog from a guide dog trainer. As they all begin to spend time together, his confidence returns and his heart begins to open. Amber Marshall and Ben Mehl lead.

The film hits Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on November 2.


Flipping for Christmas

Ashley Newbrough and Marcus Rosner lead Flipping for Christmas about a busy realtor Abigail (Newbrough) who agrees to help her sister flip a recently inherited home. However, they run into some trouble when co-beneficiary Bo (Rosner) has other plans in mind.

Flipping For Christmas hits Hallmark Channel on November 3.


Never Been Chris’d (November 4)

Besties Naomi and Liz reunite with their long-lost flame from high school Chris Silver in Never Been Chris’d. But little do they know that this reunion will ignite a tangled web of love interests, leading them to reflect on their own lives while rediscovering the true worth of companionship. Janel Parrish, Pascal Lamothe-Kipnes, and Tyler Hynes star.

The Santa Summit

Three friends decide to go to The Santa Summit, a yearly event where people dress up as Santas and have fun in different parts of town. Jordin wants to have fun after a recent breakup, Ava hopes to see someone she likes, and Stella doesn't care about the event at all.. As they continue with their adventures throughout the night, amidst all the chaos and celebrations with lots of Santas around them, they each find what they were looking for: Christmas spirit, potential romance, and a stronger friendship bond between themselves. Hunter King and Benjamin Hollingsworth lead.

Mystery on Mistletoe Lane

Mystery on Mistletoe Lane, starring Erica Cerra and Victor Webster, follows Heidi Wicks (Cerra) and her kids as they discover a Christmas mystery in their historic home. Local handyman and historian David (Webster) helps along the way, finding his own surprising connection.

The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries film debuts on November 9.


Everything Christmas

In Everything Christmas, two roommates go on a road trip to Yuletide Springs, where Christmas is celebrated all year. On their journey, they meet two guys and enjoy small-town Christmas activities together. When their plans don’t go as expect, a little Christmas magic may turn everything around. Katherine Barrell, Cindy Busby, Corey Sevier, and Matt Wells star.

Everything Christmas hits Hallmark Channel on November 10.


Christmas Island

A woman’s initial flight to Switzerland disrupted by a snowstorm and redirected to Christmas Island. In order to secure her desired position as the family pilot, she must collaborate with an air traffic controller. Rachel Skarsten and Andrew Walker lead.

Christmas Island debuts on November 11 on Hallmark Channel.


A Heidelberg Holiday

A Heidelberg Holiday, starring Ginna Claire Mason and Frédéric Brossier, follows Heidi (Mason) presented with an incredible chance to showcase and sell her exquisite, handcrafted glass ornaments at the renowned Heidelberg Christmas Market in Germany. During her time there, she encounters Lukas (Brossier), a talented local artist who aids in reestablishing Heidi's connection to her ancestral roots.

A World Record Christmas

Nikki DeLoach, Lucas Bryant, and Aias Dalman lead A World Record Christmas, which follows the story of a family supporting their autistic son who is determined to set a Guinness World Record by stacking 1400 Jenga blocks. In the spirit of the holiday, they organize a fundraiser to give townspeople an opportunity to donate and decorate a Jenga block, with the proceeds going to benefit kids with autism. Charlie’s journey to setting the Jenga world record gives them all the chance to learn more not just about themselves, but about what family really means.

A World Record Christmas hits Hallmark Movies & Mysteries on November 16.


Navigating Christmas (November 17)

Recently divorced Melanie goes on a Christmas trip to an isolated island with her son in Navigating Christmas. Unexpectedly, they end up taking care of an operational lighthouse and Melanie forms a bond with the owner — someone who is both blunt but charming. Chelsea Hobbs and Stephen Huszar star.

A Merry Scottish Christmas

It’s a Party of Five reunion as Lacey Chabert and Scott Wolf star in A Merry Scottish Christmas! The two play estranged siblings who travel to Scotland for Christmas to reunite with their mother Jo where a big family secret is revealed.

A Merry Scottish Christmas premieres November 18 on Hallmark Channel.


Holiday Hotline

In Holiday Hotline, Abby comes across an anonymous caller while working on a cooking helpline. This caller “John” ends up being someone Abby has unknowingly developed feelings for in real life. Emily Tennant and Niall Matter star.

The film hits Hallmark Channel on November 19.


A Season for Family

In A Season for Family, starring Brendan Penny, Stacey Farber, Benjamin Jacobson, and Azriel Dalman, Maddy's (Farber) adopted son Wesley (Jacobson) who has just one Christmas wish -- to meet his brother Cody (Dalman), who was adopted into a different family.

Cody’s widowed father Paul (Penny) is not ready to have this conversation with his son, so he turns down a meeting. However, circumstances bring the two brothers unknowingly together and they become fast friends, while sparks fly between Maddy and Paul.

A Season for Family launches November 22.


Catch Me If You Claus

Catch Me If You Claus, starring Italia Ricci and Luke Macfarlane, shows Avery Quinn (Ricci), a hopeful news anchor, about to have her major opportunity on the Christmas morning newscast of her station. However, things take an unexpected turn when she discovers an intruder in her house dressed as Santa Claus and claiming to be Chris (Macfarlane), Santa's son embarking on his initial mission.

This triggers a night full of excitement as they are chased by both law enforcement and questionable individuals. Throughout their journey, they bond over the challenges of living under their parents' legacies and motivate one another to pursue their aspirations.

Letters to Santa

Letters to Santa, starring Katie Leclerc and Rafael de la Fuente, show young siblings who receive a magical pen by Santa that seems to be able to grant wishes. They use this opportunity to ask for the one thing they desire most - for their parents, who are separated (Leclerc and de la Fuente), to get back together during Christmas.

Letters to Santa hits the Hallmark Channel November 24 on 6 p.m. ET/PT.


Holiday Road

Holiday Road, starring Sara Canning and Warren Christie, tells the story about a group of individuals from different backgrounds find themselves stranded at the airport due to bad weather. Among them are a tech entrepreneur (Christie), travel writer (Canning), devoted mother Enid-Raye Adams and her son Kiefer O'Reilly, stubborn senior Trevor Lerner, enigmatic woman Brittany Willacy with an air of mystery surrounding her presence, couple Sharon Crandall and Ryan Mah who were traveling from Hong Kong, and social media influencer Princess Davis.

In order to reach Denver despite their circumstances, the group decides to rent a shared van and embark on an unexpected road trip together. Bound by unforeseen adventures along the way, this journey brings them closer as they form meaningful connections that have potential to alter each individual's life trajectory. The story is inspired by true events.

A well-known soccer player, Graham Savoy (Moseley), who constantly has a packed schedule that leaves no room for romance. However, during his Christmas visit to Notting Hill, he has a change of heart after encountering Georgia (Ramos) - an American visitor who is blissfully unaware of his celebrity status.

Haul Out the Holly: Lit Up (November 25)

Haul Out the Holly: Lit Up, starring Lacey Chabert, Wes Brown, Stephen Tobolowsky, Melissa Peterman, Ellen Travolta, Seth Morris, and Jennifer Aspen, shows Emily (Chabert) and Jared (Brown) excited to celebrate together as a couple. Emily is embracing her community's festive spirit on Evergreen Lane and is ready to work with their friends Ned (Tobolowsky), Mary Louise (Travolta), and Pamela (Peterman) to make this year's Christmas celebrations even better.

However, being the girlfriend of the HOA president doesn't exempt them from decorating citations. The sale of a house in their neighborhood causes excitement among residents when they discover that the new neighbors are holiday royalty Morris and Aspen. It seems like this year's competition for best decorations will be intense with their arrival.

Follow single mother Olivia coming back to her hometown during Christmas season. Unbeknownst to her, her mother decides to secretly submit Olivia's name for a mural competition. Surprisingly enough, she emerges as the winner of this contest but ends up teaming up with Will- an educator - in order to craft a remarkable piece of art that embraces the holiday spirit. Alex Paxton-Beesley and Dan Jeannotte lead.

A Biltmore Christmas (November 26)

Lucy Hardgrove, a screenwriter who lands the job of a lifetime when she’s hired to pen the script for a remake of the beloved, holiday movie classic, His Merry Wife!, which was filmed in 1947 at beautiful, historic Biltmore House. Bethany Joy Lenz, Kristoffer Polaha, Jonathan Frakes, and Robert Picardo star in the film.

When the head of the studio isn’t satisfied with the ending Lucy (Lenz) wrote because it deviates from the original’s feel-good conclusion, he sends Lucy to Biltmore Estate for research and inspiration.

While there, she unwittingly discovers the ability to travel to the 1947 set of His Merry Wife! through the help of an hourglass. While on set, she and Jack Huston (Polaha) spend time together and become close. However, her sudden appearance has set off a chain of events that put the production in jeopardy. Before she can return to the present, Lucy must make things right or threaten to alter the future forever.

Time for Her to Come Home for Christmas, starring Shenae Grimes-Beech, Chris Carmack, and Grace Leer, shows Carly (Grimes-Beech) facing her first Christmas without her mother and looking to avoid loneliness as she heads to a quaint town to lead the church choir at Christmas.

Once there, Carly meets Matthew (Carmack), a man back in town after serving in the army. As she gets to know Matthew, the choir and townspeople, she stumbles across clues that suggest she may have been brought here for a life changing reason. As the mystery unravels one thing is clear, this journey will teach Carly about true love, learning to trust, and that forgiveness is needed to finally heal.

Heaven Down Here, starring Krystal Joy Brown, Tina Lifford, Juan Riedinger, Richard Harmon, and Phylicia Rashad, ” tells the story of four disparate people who find themselves stranded in a local diner on Christmas Eve when a snowstorm hits the town. Widowed mother of two Imami (Brown) struggles making ends meet and reluctantly agrees to work the Christmas Eve shift, where she clashes with her boss Dan (Harmon), who doesn’t exactly embody the Christmas spirit.

Felix (Riedinger) is a local pastor desperately trying to secure food for parishioners while his faith is challenged by his alienation by his son. Clara (Lifford) is a hospice nurse with an obstinate patient (Rashad) and whose daughter is moving away, causing her to question her place in this world. Throughout the evening, these four bicker, bond and unwittingly provide each other with the answer to their respective prayers.

Miracle in Bethlehem, PA, starring Laura Vandervoort and Benjamin Ayres, portrays Mary Ann Brubeck (Vandervoort), a successful and fiercely independent woman, as she adopts a baby girl to raise on her own just before Christmas.

Due to the weather, Mary and the baby are forced to spend the Christmas in Bethlehem, PA, where her only alternative is to stay with the innkeeper's brother Joe (Ayres), a classic bachelor who lives in a house he treats like a barn.
