Coming off the smashing success of season one, Tell Me Lies returns with a new season straying from the story originally written in the book it was adapted from that is written by Carola Lovering. This new season promises lots of drama as new secrets are both kept and revealed along with new characters coming into the mix.

Reeling from her tumultuous relationship and inevitable breakup with Stephen (Jackson White), Lucy (Grace Van Patten) returns to college in hopes of getting back on her feet and away from the drama. In the close quarters that is a college campus, Lucy bumps into old friends while also meeting a new man. Evan (Branden Cook) is attempting to keep his girlfriend from knowing he cheated, Bree (Catherine Missal) seems to be hiding an affair with a teacher, and Wrigley (Spencer House) refuses to believe that Stephen could possibly be lying to him.

Tell Me Lies season 2 premieres September 4 on Hulu.
