A Race To The White House Ensues in Civil War Trailer

Director Alex Garland brings us an action-packed new A24 film with Civil War. Set in a near-future dystopian world, the western forces of California and Texas are making their way towards the White House.

The trailer shows a car traveling through other abandoned vehicles amid an attack on civilians as radio news coverage explains 19 states have seceded. The army ramps up activity, warnings have been issueto the western forces, and the President assures the uprising will be dealt with.

Upheaval surrounds the United States as airstrikes are used on civilians and journalists are shot at the Capitol. A small group attempts to infiltrate the heavily guarded White House and runs into intimidating forces along the way as they escape near-death moments. It’s intense, emotional, distressing, and chaotic all at the same time.

Kirsten Dunst, Cailee Spaeny, Wagner Moura, Nick Offerman, Stephen McKinley Henderson, and Sonoya Mizuno star in the film.

All empires fall in Civil War premiering spring of 2024 in theaters.
