We’ve got our first teaser trailer for the live-action/CGI musical comedy Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile based on the best-selling children’s book series by Bernard Waber.
Led by Constance Wu, Scoot McNairy, and Winslow Fegley, we follow the Primm family as they move to New York City and struggle to adapt to their new environment. All of that changes when they discovers Lyle — a singing crocodile voiced by musician Shawn Mendes — who loves baths, caviar, and great music… oh, and is living in their attic! When Lyle’s existence is threatened by an evil neighbor, the family must come together with Lyle’s charismatic owner Hector P. Valenti, played by Javier Bardem, to show the world that family can come from the most unexpected places.
Promising tons of fun for the whole family, the film also boasts a stellar soundtrack with original songs performed by Shawn Mendes and written by the songwriting team of Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, the brilliant minds behind The Greatest Showman.
