Julia Garner Is Given A Haunting Chance At Fame In Apartment 7A Trailer

Roman Polanski’s 1968 film Rosemary’s Baby became a staple for horror film lovers. Now, the prequel Apartment 7A will add to the lore and follow a young Terry Gionoffrio before the events of the original film.

Set in 1965 New York City, the trailer shows Terry (Julia Garner) pursuing her dreams of becoming a famous dancer. When she suffers a devastating injury, Terry meets an odd couple who’s willing to help her achieve her dreams.

Though her friend warns her that she barely knows them, Terry insists that moving in will be the first step back toward her dream. However, things take a dark turn when her dreams turn into a nightmare. Figuring out something happened to the girl before her, she’s at the mercy of the hauntingly sinister nature of the couple and their apartment.

Kevin McNally, Dianne Wiest, Jim Sturgess, Marli Su, Rosy McEwen, Andrew Buchan, and Kobna Holdbrook-Smith round out the cast.

Apartment 7A premieres September 27 on Paramount+.
