Here’s the actors bringing our favorite professors to life in the new series.

Paapa Essiedu as Severus Snape
Paapa Essiedu will play the complex and fan favorite character that is Severus Snape. The Head of Slytherin House can be intimidating to students, so we can’t wait to see how Essiedu immerses himself in the role.
Nick Frost as Rubeus Hagrid
Nick Frost is set to play Rubeus Hagrid, one of the most beloved characters in Harry Potter. The half-giant is the first magical person Harry meets on his 11th birthday.
