Aaron Pierre Takes Down Local Police In Rebel Ridge Trailer

A corrupt police department will go head-to-head with Terry Richmond (Aaron Pierre) as he uncovers a larger conspiracy in Jeremy Saulnier’s newest film Rebel Ridge

The trailer shows Richmond knocked down by a police car and reporting a police officer for wrongfully seizing his life savings. The corrupt cops and police chief Sandy Burnne (Don Johnson) tell him he needs to leave and not mess with the department. Endless fights, chases, tasers, and guns will bring Richmond and county clerk Summer McBride (AnnaSophia Robb) together to discover the truth. The action suspense film will cover themes of racism and the consequences of a corrupt police state. 

David Denman, Emory Cohen, Steve Zissis, Zsané Jhé, Dana Lee, and James Cromwell round out the cast. 

Rebel Ridge premieres September 7 on Netflix.
