A Tranquil Vacation Turns Into A Bloody Nightmare In Cuckoo Trailer

Hunter Schafer is getting ready to join the roster of scream queens in NEON’s upcoming horror film Cuckoo.

The trailer depicts Schafer’s character Gretchen leaving her American home to live with her father (Márton Csókás) and his new wife (Jessica Henwick) in a resort in the German Alps. She explores her new home and is greeted by her neighbor who states she hasn’t heard about her. She takes up a job at the resort as a cashier, but soon notices weird things starting to happen… like a bloody figure chasing after her while she rides her bike.

Though everyone seems to denounce her visions as crazy, she believes something sinister is happening, especially considering her father’s boss Mr. Konig (Dan Stevens) is obsessed with her younger step sister ALma. In an arm cast and head wrap, she desperately tries to protect herself from the dark figures and twisted secrets that lie ahead.
