Transformation and Terror Are Unleashed As Wolf Man Trailer Debuts At New York Comic Con

Jason Blum revealed the trailer for Wolf Man at BlumFest at New York Comic Con, teases a haunting transformation that will test the limits of family bonds and survival instincts.

Directed by Leigh Whannell, known for his gripping reinvention of The Invisible Man, the film follows Blake (Christopher Abbott), a husband and father who moves his family to his childhood home in rural Oregon after his father’s mysterious disappearance. As tensions simmer within the family, their rural retreat quickly spirals into chaos when a monstrous animal attacks their vehicle in the dead of night.

Set against the backdrop of Oregon’s isolated woods, the trailer captures the escalating dread as Blake’s behavior becomes increasingly erratic and violent. With chilling scenes of his metamorphosis into a horrifying creature, the trailer poses the question: What if the real danger isn’t outside, but inside your own home?

Wolf Man promises to be a fresh take on the classic Universal monster tale, packed with supernatural horror and raw suspense. The tensions ratchet up with each scene, from creepy glimpses of Blake’s transformation to his family’s desperate attempts to escape the growing threat.

Catch Wolf Man in theaters January 17 as it promises to deliver a heart-pounding start to the new year.
