Fall Premiere Dates Announced For Chucky Season 2 and Reginald The Vampire
Trick… or treat?
Syfy is bringing on the horror this October with premiere dates for both Chucky season 2 and the new Jacob Batalon-led series Reginald The Vampire.
A television continuation of the iconic film franchise, Chucky returns for season 2. After his diabolical plan to invade America’s children’s hospitals was foiled in season one, Chucky now seeks revenge on those he holds responsible: surviving teens Jake (Zackary Arthur), Devon (Björgvin Arnarson), and Lexy (Alyvia Alyn Lind), along with his ex Tiffany, now his sworn enemy. The new season will see the return of Devon Sawa in a new role and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina star Lachlan Watson joins the cast as the infamous Seed of Chucky Glen/Glenda.
Based on the book series by Johnny B. Truant comes Reginald The Vampire. Imagine a world populated by beautiful, fit and vain vampires. Reginald Andres, played by Spider-Man star Jacob Batalon, tumbles headlong into it as an unlikely hero who will have to navigate every kind of obstacle – the girl he loves but can’t be with, a bully manager at work, and the vampire chieftain who wants him dead. Fortunately, Reginald discovers he has a few unrecognized powers of his own.
The shows will air back-to-back on Syfy and USA Network premiering on October 5, with Chucky at 9pm and Reginald The Vampire at 10pm.
