Lana Condor and Ross Butler-Led Rom-Com Worth The Wait Is Coming To Tubi!
The new rom-com Worth The Wait will be coming to our screens sooner than later as Tubi has just acquired the film.
Starring Lana Condor and Ross Butler, the film follows Asian American strangers as their lives intertwine and they navigate the many ups and downs life throws at them. This film also marks the first inclusive AAPI Tubi Original film in celebration of Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month in May.

“We had such a great time making the picture,” said director Tom Shu-Yu Lin in a statement. “I’m so excited that Worth The Wait is going to be available to Tubi audiences who can easily come and enjoy what we’ve proudly made.”
Meanwhile Andrew Koji spoke with Pop Culture Planet during the Boy Kills World press junket about going from action movies to starring in his first rom-com. “It’s a big relief because you're not having to do five hours of training every day and hardly eat anything,” he said. “Just eat what you want and walk up and try and be charming.”
The ensemble cast includes Sung Kang, Elodie Yung, Karena Lam, Osric Chau, Ali Fumiko Whitney, Ricky He, Kheng Hua Tan, and Yu-Beng Lim.
Worth The Wait premieres May 23 on Tubi.
