Sandra Bullock And Channing Tatum Lead A Can’t Miss Romance Adventure In The Lost City

The jungle isn’t ready for this kind of action!

Led by Sandra Bullock, Channing Tatum, and Daniel Radcliffe, The Lost City is about a reclusive author named Loretta Sage who writes adventure romance novels featuring a very handsome cover model named Alan. While promoting her new book with Alan, she ends up getting kidnapped by an eccentric billionaire who thinks she can lead him to an ancient city’s lost treasure that she wrote about in her last book. Determined to prove that he can be a real hero, Alan sets out to save Loretta.

The Lost City is a by-the-numbers romance adventure. There might not be any crazy twists or turns, but there is also not a single weak link in the film. It’s self-aware, poking fun at the genre, while delivering a solid story of heart and humor from start to finish. Every moment is purposeful and hilarious, giving the cast the very best material to work with.

Bullock and Tatum are dynamic together, while Radcliffe delivers as a spoiled rich guy who is slowly losing it over not getting what he wants. Da'Vine Joy Randolph, Oscar Nunez, and Brad Pitt are stand outs who round out this phenomenal cast that you can’t help but fall in love with. The Lost City also features a killer soundtrack including “Big Energy” by Latto and “Cake By The Ocean” by DNCE and an end credits scene you’ll want to stick around for.

The Lost City has to be one of the best movies of 2022. It’s hilarious, super quotable, and has a rock solid cast. The film debuted at SXSW and is currently out in theaters now.
