The Beatles Film From The 70s Heads To Disney+

Michael Lindsay-Hogg’s original 1970 film about The Beatles has been meticulously restored by Peter Jackson’s team at Park Road Post Production with plans to exclusively launch on Disney+ on May 8.

The film was first released in May 1970 amidst the swirl of The Beatles’ breakup, and was then viewed with a darker lens, but with the lighter restoration, Jackson is hopeful this film and the band itself will be viewed in a new light.


Zachary Levi To Star in Rock-Climbing Action Thriller

XYZ Films announced this week that Shazam’s Zachary Levi is set to headline a rock-climbing action thriller Free Fall, with Zoë Bell set to direct.

Free Fall tells the story of a father’s attempt to reconcile with his estranged daughter in New Zealand on a rock-climbing trip that turns deadly as an accident leaves them stranded hundreds of feet in the air. As a storm sets in, the two must fight against the elements and terrifying heights in order to survive.


Apple TV+ Sets Premiere Date For Sunny

Is there anything Rashida Jones can’t do? Apple TV+ announced Jones’ new mystery thriller with a darkly comedic bent Sunny is set to premiere globally with the first two episodes on July 10. The series stars and is executive produced by Jones.
