United Kingdom To Launch 13 Going On 30 Stage Musical Adaptation

Thirty, flirty, and thriving! 

Beloved film 13 Going On 30 is getting a theater makeover with the recent news of its opening at the Manchester Opera House. The West End musical will star Lucie Jones as Jenna Rink and feature original music from Alan Zachary and Michael Weiner. 

All other details are soon to come, but UK fans can anticipate its release on September 21, 2025. 


My Chemical Romance Announced The Black Parade Tour

After performing at When We Were Young Festival, My Chemical Romance have announced a 10-date stadium tour for their 2006 album The Black Parade. From the titular song to “Teenagers,” the summer tour will transport fans back to an era filled with heavy eyeliner and angsty moods. Throughout the tour, the band will be accompanied by 10 different opening acts from Wallows to Evanescence.

HBO Releases Trailer For Yacht Rock Documentary

A new dock-umentary is on the way! 

HBO just released the trailer for Music Box: Yacht Rock: A Dockumentary following the rise of the 70s yacht rock phenomenon. The film will touch upon the influential artists of the genre including Toto, Michael McDonald, Kenny Loggins, Steely Dan, and Christopher Cross. The trailer also depicts the impact it has on contemporary artists such as indie rock artist Mac Demarco, hip-hop artist Questlove, as well as music producers, critics, and journalists. 

Music Box: Yacht Rock: A Dockumentary premieres November 29 on HBO.
