Things Get Even Creepier in New Cuckoo Trailer
Neon released the second trailer to their upcoming film Cuckoo and things just got more disturbing!
The story follows a 17 year-old named Gretchen as she leaves America to live with her father and his new family. When she arrives at the resort in the Alps, she is greeted by her father’s boss who seems to have a strange infatuation with Gretchen’s half sister. The more Gretchen stays, the more weird things she uncovers. With strange noises, bloody visions, and killer secrets, Gretchen must fight to save herself against all the evil that is revealed.
The film is directed by German director Tilman Singer, known for creating trippy atmospheres and scary good plot twists. Euphoria’s Hunter Schafer plays the unnerved Gretchen and is joined by Dan Stevens, Jan Bluthardt, Màrton Csókas, Jessica Henwick, and Greta Fernandez.
Fans of the genre can definitely expect to be taken on a horror trip when Cuckoo hits theaters nationwide August 9.
