Your favorite time traveling family drama is coming back!

Hallmark’s The Way Home became a critically acclaimed series after its successful debut last year. Now, fans can jump right back into the drama with season three on the way. While Andie MacDowell, Chyler Leigh, Evan Williams, and Sadie Laflamme-Snow reprise their roles, the series will welcome newcomers Julia Tomastone, Jordan Doww, and Devin Cecchetto who will play the teen versions of Del, Colton (Jefferson Brown), and Evelyn Goodwin.

The season will pick up after the events of last season where we saw Kat and Jacob (Spencer Macpherson) poised to walk into the Landry home after having been missing more than two decades ago. Fans can expect to be transported to 1974 with Kat and Alice as they encounter the timeline where Del and Colton fell in love. When Alice meets a young Evelyn, their friendship seems to confuse things with Alice’s relationship with Del. Meanwhile present day Kat and Elliot navigate their relationship. Status update: It’s complicated. Kat will also be faced with closing the door on the 1800s after uncovering some startling details.

The Way Home season 3 premieres January 2, 2025, exclusively on Hallmark+.
