The SpongeBob Squarepants universe has expanded yet again with Netflix’s Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie!

In the trailer, Bikini Bottom is forced right out of the ocean due to a certain villainous plot. Now, SpongeBob and Sandy Cheeks must return to her home state of Texas to save their friends and the beloved town they call home.

While our fan-favorite iconic characters are back, the 3DCG animated film also introduces new characters and offers another crazy fun adventure! Carolyn Lawrence continues to voice Sandy alongside Tom Kenny as SpongeBob. They are joined by Wanda Sykes, Clancy Brown, Bill Fagerbakke, Mr. Lawrence and Rodger Bumpass.

Saving Bikini Bottom: The Sandy Cheeks Movie premieres on Netflix on August 2.
