Live from New York, it's Saturday Night!

Saturday Night Live will catapult into its milestone 50th season on September 28 with none other than Jean Smart hosting for the first time in her career. As a Hacks fan myself, this particular hosting announcement is exceptional given the narrative in its latest third season on Max.

SNL’s remarkable 50th season comes with a notable slate of guests including Jelly Roll, Coldplay, Nate Bargatze, Ariana Grande, Stevie Nicks, Michael Keaton, Billie Eilish, John Mulaney, and Chappell Roan.

The revolutionary show won’t be the only thing hitting a milestone. Roan’s performance will mark her SNL debut, as well as musician Jelly Roll, whose performance will also be a first on the iconic late night show.

SNL will mark its 50th anniversary with a celebratory weekend culminating in a live primetime special on Sunday, February 16.
