Satanic Panic Takes Over in Hysteria Teaser

Heaven is a place on earth, but demons have found their way into town in Peacock’s Hysteria.

Set in the 1980’s during the “Satanic Panic,” a local heavy metal band of outcasts take the town on a bizarre journey when the varsity quarterback goes missing. Now all the murders, kidnapping, and supernatural activities lead back to them. The teaser for the new thriller series finds a suburban mom (Julie Bowen) in her kitchen on a seemingly normal day. But when she finds a demon in her microwave, the turn of events are anything but normal.

Alongside Bowen is Anna Camp, Emjay Anthony, Chiara Aurelia, Kezii Curtis, and Nikki Hahn. The series will also feature guest stars like Bruce Campbell, Garret Dillahunt, Nolan North, Elijah Richardson, Milly Shapiro, Allison Scagliotti, and Jessica Treska.

Hysteria premieres on Peacock on October 18.
