Netflix Debuts Trailer for New Holiday Movie Family Switch
It’s November 1, which means it’s the unofficial start to Christmas! Netflix is already gearing up for this season by debuting a trailer for their new holiday movie Family Switch.
Jennifer Garner and Ed Helms play Jess and Bill Walker as parents doing their best to keep their family connected as their children (Emma Myers and Brady Noon) grow to be more independent and distant. Things seem to hit a tipping point in the Walker family as the days grow more and more tense with daily arguments and misunderstood teenagers… until the family has a chance encounter with an astrological reader. She causes the family to experience a cosmic event that causes them to wake up to a full body switch on the morning of the most important day of each of their lives just days away from Christmas. The Walkers face landing a promotion, a college interview, a record deal, and soccer tryouts, all while in different bodies. Can this switch bring the family back together?
The trailer features everything from a 13 Going on 30 reference (wink, wink, Jennifer Garner) to a Christmas spin on the premise of Freaky Friday. It looks like the perfect movie to snuggle up to with hot chocolate and cookies!
Family Switch, directed by McG and based on the book "Bedtime For Mommy" by Amy Krouse-Rosenthal, premieres November 30 on Netflix.
