Netflix Brings the Holiday Heat in Hot Frosty Trailer

Netflix’s Hot Frosty is a quirky and playful holiday escape, bringing romance and comedy with a hint of magic.

The film stars Lacey Chabert as Kathy, a widow struggling to find joy two years after her husband’s death. That all changes when she accidentally brings a snowman to life — but not just any snowman. Played by Dustin Milligan, this frosty fellow has chiseled abs and a charming naïveté that helps Kathy rediscover her capacity to laugh and love again.

The trailer teases plenty of heartwarming holiday moments and laughs. The film features Craig Robinson, who delivers some comedic gold during an interrogation scene where he intimidates the snowman-turned-man with a spike in the room temperature. There’s even a throwback to Mean Girls fans as we see Kathy watching Lindsay Lohan’s 2023 holiday movie Falling for Christmas with her frosty new beau, saying, “That’s so funny. That looks just like a girl I went to high school with”
