Apple TV+ has released the trailer for The Family Plan starring Mark Wahlberg. This action comedy film, directed by Simon Cellan, tests the boundaries between being a father and protecting ones family by any means necessary.

Wahlberg stars as Dan Morgan who lives a quiet suburban life as a devoted husband, father of three, and successful car salesman. But it turns out that decades earlier, he was an elite government assassin. When enemies from his past track him down, Dan and his unsuspecting wife (Michelle Monaghan), teen daughter and son, and 10-month-old baby all get into their minivan in a cross-country road trip to Las Vegas. Committed to protecting his family all while treating them to a vacation, Dan puts his rusty skills into action without unveiling his true identity.

The trailer kicks off with Monaghan complimenting Wahlberg’s parenting skills while wishing their life was more exciting. Well, she got what she wished for — and then some! Dan is attacked in a grocery store with the baby strapped to his chest kicking off the families escapade. In addition to Wahlberg and Monaghan, The Family Plan also stars Zoe Colletti, Van Crosby, Saïd Taghmaoui, Maggie Q, and Ciarán Hinds.
