Sara Bareilles Will Forever Be Our Jenna In Waitress The Musical - Live On Broadway!

Grab a slice of pie and look up to those Times Square billboards!

That’s right, Waitress the Musical - Live on Broadway! will simultaneously premiere globally tonight at the Tribeca Festival while being broadcast onto TSX Entertainment’s 18,000 square foot digital screen overlooking Times Square for the first time ever.

Based on the beloved film of the same name, the musical had a near four-year run on Broadway, ending on January 5th, 2020. Waitress played over 1,500 performances at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre. This visually stunning recording of the show was filmed during a live Broadway performance and perfectly captures the original production. Now Sara Bareilles, who wrote the original music and lyrics for the show, will forever be immortalized as the lead Jenna. The cast also features Charity Angel Dawson, Caitlin Houlahan, Drew Gehling, Dakin Matthews, Eric Anderson, Joe Tippett, and Christopher Fitzgerald.
