Get Ready To Celebrate The 25th Anniversary of Halloweentown With Disney!

Disney Channel’s most iconic Halloween franchise Halloweentown turns 25 this year!

The series tells the story of Marnie (Kimberly J. Brown) who, on her thirteenth birthday, follows her grandmother home only to learn she lives in a magical place called Halloweentown. Despite her mother denouncing magic, it turns out she comes from a long line of witches and this town is the only place where supernatural beings can live a normal life. Now she and her family must fight against the evil that is threatening to take over the world.

This year, Disney is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Halloweentown franchise by airing a 13-hour marathon featuring all four of the Disney Channel Original Movies back-to-back. Halloweentown, Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge, Halloweentown High, and Return to Halloweentown will all air on Disney Channel starting at 1pm ET on Tuesday, October 31. 

The original filming location of the franchise is even hosting an event for fans to celebrate the 25th anniversary. The event includes screenings of the movies at the original theater featured in the first film, commemorative gifts, themed photo opportunities, haunted houses, and access to their annual celebration the Spirit of Halloween. This event takes place October 21 and 22 in St. Helens, Oregon.
