Prime Video Releases First Look at Sausage Party: Foodtopia

Ah, the beginning of June, the beautiful weather we’ve been having, it all makes me want to host a cookout — sausage anyone? How about, a sausage party?!

In 2016, the world was amazed when an animated food-filled and cussing galore film, fittingly titled Sausage Party, hit the big screen. Its premise was hilarious on its own — grocery store items dreaming of an oasis. Little did the food items, Frank (Seth Rogen) the sausage, Brenda (Kristen Wiig) the hot dog bun, Teresa Del Taco, and Sammy Bagel Jr. (Edward Norton), know what really happens when they arrive at someone’s house. Following the success of Sausage Party comes a new series on our favorite raunchy food products with Sausage Party: Foodtopia. Prime Video has officially released first look images from the anticipated series. 

The series follows our beloved Frank, Brenda, Barry, and Sammy as they try to build their own food society. Original feature film cast members Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Michael Cera, David Krumholtz, and Edward Norton will return. Will Forte, Natasha Rothwell, Sam Richardson, and Yassir Lester are also set to lend their voices to the animated series.

All eight episodes of Sausage Party: Foodtopia will be available July 11 on Prime Video.
